I bought the CTS-2 programmer and EGT sensor kit. I am new to the Edge product So far it's performed very well all I would recommend is getting it from an authorized dealers. Not a hole in the wall mechanic shop. I had a competitor program on my other truck. Was not that satisfied with it as I am completely satisfied with the Edge program

I purchased this to work with my Edge CTS2 on my 2012 Ford 6.7L. For some reason my CTS2 would not accurately read my Pre turbo factory EGT. So I installed this EGT kit along with my CTS2 and it works flawlessly.

Great way to monitor EGT’s

My truck did not have any factory sensory to monitor the EGT’s and after installing this probe I found that my temps were getting really high and decided to make modification to adjust that. Without this probe I could have had a critical failure. Plus it was extremely easy to install with some very basic tools. Only negative is the that it is a little expensive.

I wanted to monitor the EGTs on my 7.3. Already had the edge insight, so I got this EAS EGT kit. Very easy installation. You will need your own drill bit and tap for the install though. Had it installed in an hour and it works great

It took me about two hours start to finish including a 15 min. test drive. I drilled and tapped the hole with the engine idling. Make sure to use your safety glasses during this part of the installation. Nice kit. I would recommend this product.

Monitor your EGT's while towing

This sensor has been installed for about a month now and works great. It was extremely easy to install and connect to the EAS system. It should come with a few more zip ties and maybe some firewall grommets. Overall quality seems really well built.

really glad I can keep an eye on the exhaust temp, which is the real killer of the diesel motor. Tapping the manifold went way easier than I thought it would. Stoked with it!!

I bought this a couple of weeks ago & finally had a nice day to install it after about an hour I had it all hooked up & ready to go. I drilled the lh Manifold Tapped it & had my EGT fitting installed as well as my EGT sensor & ran my wiring thru the fire wall. Plugged it in set Up my CTS 2 Screen Config & PID now I can Monitor my EGT's with the rest of my gauges.Will be doing more upgrades in the future trans temp,ect,etc etc

Great product. Easy easy easy right up and directions to follow. Buy quality drill bits and prepare to cuss the tap a little but it wasn’t hard at all on my 2008 2500hd. Really recommend to anyone that owns any diesel . Thanks Edge !!!

Bought for my 17ram 3500. Kit was as advertised and installed easily. Worst part was drilling the manifold but that was to be expected. I will be buying more to monitor every cylinder soon.

Bought this after buying the main unit, since I will be doing some mountain towing. I had the mechanic install it, since I didn't want to drill in cast iron and tap the manifold myself. Mechanic said it went in easily, fished it through the firewall with the rest of the wire bundle, plugged it in and it didn't work. Later, I discovered the coincidence that a CTS3 firmware update had essentially disabled the whole unit in 7.3 liter Ford diesels, oh, well...a few days later the firm ware fix was available and then it really did work...
