&lt;p&gt;The real problem is that XP is good enough - it could be better but from a business POV you can&amp;#39;t make a case on that. &amp;nbsp;Instead of all that mucking around, all we wanted was a more secure version of XP. &amp;nbsp;If I didn&amp;#39;t need to run AV and all the other security stuff my old pc would still be fast enough to do the job.&lt;/p&gt;

If it happens swap monitor to other port and reboot, you may need a vga/HDMI converter.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If Win 7 was working and installed and it was just a driver upgrade I would have suggested extending the desktop over 2 screens even though you only have the one for some reason the driver seems to report there are 2 attached in Win7.&lt;/p&gt;
